We welcome one and all to come out and show your support for the Camp. The Annual Meeting and Report to the Churches will be held on September 27, 2010 at 6:30 PM at the WCA dining hall (Promised Land). Each supporting church is encouraged to send two representatives to attend the meeting. At this meeting the Board will present to the membership various reports on the management functions of the camp. Trustee nominees will also be presented for consideration of the member representatives. The four trustees retiring this year are: Steve Habusta (Sault Ste Marie), Mitch Saxton (Spencer), Dick Tarracks (Alpena) and John Klinglesmith (Traverse City).
A home cooked roast beef supper will precede the meeting.
Pre-registration is required to ensure an accurate meal count.
Meals for the directors, assistant directors, boosters, church representatives and trustees will be complimentary all others just $5 per person.
This meeting will be open to anyone who is interested in the purpose and operations of the camp. However, only officially registered representatives of the member churches will be permitted to vote on matters of business.
