Wilderness Christian Assembly is operated by Christians for the benefit of young people. To be a pleasant experience for all, all must follow the rules which have been devised and approved by our Board.
- Rule 1
All campers and workers should conduct themselves according to the example of Christ and have His attitude.
- Rule 2
All campers must obey the directors, deans, teachers, and counselors at all times. Every person is required to keep the camp schedule and rules at all times (unless excused by the camp health officer).
- Rule 3
All campers must wear decent and modest clothing at all times. Do not bring items such as: shorts above the knees, halter tops, T-tops, half shirts, "see through" shirts, bikinis, biking pants or shorts. The cooperation of parents is appreciated in this matter. *High School, Jr. High & Intermediate Camps, short shorts are less than 6" inseam and modesty for dresses & skirts touching kneecap when standing; No midriffs or chests revealed.*
- Rule 4
No person will be permitted to use any tobacco or any alcoholic products at any time. The use of illegal drugs, explosives, profanity, guns, knives or any throwing weapon is prohibited.
- Rule 5
Any injury must be reported immediately to the camp health officer and directors.
- Rule 6
No camper will be permitted to leave the campground at any time without the permission of the directors. No camper is to leave camp until their designated pickup person has signed the dismissal form.
- Rule 7
No food or candy is allowed in the cabins at any time.
- Rule 8
When going to the bathroom at night campers must be in pairs and are required to wear a robe and shoes. The cabin parent must give permission.
- Rule 9
Radios, CD players. recorders, cell phones, pagers, and similar electronic devices, comic books and magazines are not allowed at camp.
- Rule 10
Each camper will be held responsible for deliberate or careless destruction of camp property.
The director has the right to alter these rules for special situations and the right to dismiss anyone from camp who does not obey the rules. No faculty or staff is permitted to leave the camp ground without the director's permission.
